These terms govern your use of goon.gallery (the “Service”), operated by the site operator. By accessing the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Age restriction
The Service may display adult material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to access it. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may restrict access where we believe this is not met.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a personal viewer for video content published on third-party platforms. It indexes links and metadata and presents them in a browsable gallery. Video is streamed from the platform that hosts it; the Service does not host the underlying media and does not claim ownership of it.
3. Third-party content and accounts
Content shown remains the property of its creators and the platforms hosting it, and remains subject to those platforms’ own terms. Where the Service connects to an account you control on another platform, it acts only within the permissions you grant and only to read content already associated with that account. You may revoke that access at any time from the platform in question.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service where doing so would breach any law that applies to you;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- interfere with its operation, including by automated scraping or overloading it;
- circumvent access controls, including the age restriction above.
5. Reporting content
If you hold rights in material shown through the Service and want it removed, or believe something shown is unlawful, contact contact@goon.gallery with enough detail to identify it. Reported items are removed from the index promptly. Because the media itself is hosted elsewhere, removal here does not remove it from the originating platform.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. It is a personal project and may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Links can rot: third-party media may disappear without warning.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, nor for content published by third parties and merely displayed through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
